By appointment only. No walk-ins. All appointments must be booked through the website; phone/text/email appointments will not be scheduled. A credit or debit card is required on file to reserve any appointment; your card will not be charged at time of booking. Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes early for your scheduled appointment. The main building doors remain locked during business hours. A call box is located to the right of the front door, please use it to call suite 208 to access the building. An appointment is considered a “no show” 10 minutes past appointment start time. If the card on file for your account does not process for late cancelation/no show fees, a new active card must be added to your account & the fee must be paid before future appointments can be booked. All packages must be used in-full within 5 months of purchase, regardless of whether they are purchased via the website, gifted, etc. All facials/services not redeemed within 5 months from purchase date will be forfeited. Before appointments: Discontinue use of exfoliants & retinoids (prescribed or OTC) 5-7 days prior. Do not get botox or filler 2 full weeks (14 days) prior. Familiarize yourself with the products you’re using at home. Complete the Service Consent Form linked in appointment confirmation communications - a completed form must be on file to receive treatments. If you have not paused usage of exfoliants & retinoids as directed above, certain services cannot & will not be performed including chemical peels & waxing. First time clients receive 10% off their first facial appointment (booked at regular price). 10% discount with every facial service: Educators, Military/First Responders, Medical Professionals (booked at regular price & with valid identification). Kylie Anne Esthetics is a retailer of Glymed+, Circadia, & Marin Skincare Lip Treatments. Retail purchases are final sale, non-returnable & non-refundable. Cancellation Policy

A card is required on file to reserve any & all appointments with Kylie Anne Esthetics. In an effort to respect your time, my time, & the time of other clients, Kylie Anne Esthetics will charge 50% of the scheduled service cost if cancelation occurs within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. A no-showed appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.
